By using The Guvaza Imperial Institute (“TGII”) platform, you agree to these terms. Please read them carefully.

Accounts

• Parents or guardians create accounts for students under 18. Students do not self-register.
• You are responsible for keeping your password secure.
• Each person must use their own account. Sharing accounts is not permitted.

Acceptable use

• Use the platform only for legitimate educational purposes.
• Do not attempt to access other users’ data, cheat on assessments, or disrupt the service.
• Do not share assessment answers or attempt to circumvent quiz security.
• Treat all members of the TGII community with respect in messages and communications.

Fees and payments

• Tuition fees are set by the school and communicated before enrolment.
• Invoices are payable by the due date. Late payment may affect access to services.
• Payments are processed securely by third-party providers (Stripe, Paynow). TGII does not store card details.
• Scholarships and discounts are at the discretion of the school.

Content

• Course materials, lessons and assessments are the property of TGII and its teachers.
• You may not copy, redistribute or sell TGII content without permission.
• Student-submitted work remains the student’s property. TGII may use it for educational purposes (e.g. marking, portfolios).

Privacy

Our handling of your data is described in our Privacy Policy. By using the platform, you consent to the data practices described there.

Limitation of liability

TGII provides the platform on a best-effort basis. We are not liable for technical outages, data loss beyond our control, or consequences of users failing to follow these terms.

Changes

TGII may update these terms from time to time. Significant changes will be communicated to users. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
